QSR, grocery and retail

Retail tie-ins that move fans from the stands to your stores

Quick-service restaurants, grocery chains and regional retailers use ballpark and arena promotions to drive visits. We connect the in-venue moment to the store.

Why it works

A retail tie-in gives fans a reason to visit after the game: a coupon handed out at the gates, a ticket offer redeemed in store, a free item when the home team hits a scoring milestone, or a mascot appearance at a store opening. The venue creates the moment; your store collects the visit.

For QSR, grocery and regional retailers we combine in-venue media with promotions you can measure, such as unique codes, QR offers and redemption counts reported by your own systems. Clubs often have an existing restaurant or grocery partner, so we check for category conflicts before an idea goes into your plan.

What you can include

Mix and match. We confirm every item with the club before you sign.

Video board spots

Spots and in-game moments that announce the offer, including promotions tied to game events where the club offers them.

LED boards

Rotating messages that repeat the offer and the nearest store or restaurant.

Redeemable offers handed out at the gates or tied to video board moments.

Ticket promotions

The trigger

A named in-game moment in each market, such as a free menu item for every fan when the home team reaches a set score, announced on the video board and PA.

The redemption

Fans redeem with a market-coded app code or ticket stub at participating locations, under clear published terms.

The extras

A mascot appearance at a store and coupons at the gates on one promotional night per market.

The report

Redemptions counted in your systems, next to the club's proof of performance for every trigger moment that ran.

When to plan

Season-long in-game promotions are set before the season, so a chain that wants a named moment should start planning with the promotional calendar.

Baseball

Seasons run from early April through September. Season-long packages are usually committed in the fall and winter, and 2027 baseball promotional calendars are being set now.

Hockey

Regular seasons generally run from October to April. Season packages are usually committed before the season starts; theme nights can often be added during the year.

G League basketball

Seasons run from November into April, alongside hockey. Planning before the season gives you the widest choice of nights and placements.

Arena and indoor football

Seasons run in the spring and summer. Clubs, venues and schedules change from year to year, so we confirm them early.

Buyer questions

Frequently asked questions

How do we measure a retail tie-in?

Use a unique offer code, QR code or landing page for each market. Redemptions are measured in your systems, and we report what ran in the venue.

Can we get category exclusivity?

Many clubs already have a restaurant, grocery or convenience partner. We identify conflicts before a plan is final, and any exclusivity a club offers is written into your proposal.

What rules apply to game-triggered offers?

Each offer runs under clear published terms, such as redemption dates and locations. If a promotion becomes a sweepstakes or contest, it runs under official rules that comply with applicable law.

Can tickets be sold or given away through our stores?

Often, yes, subject to the club's approval and ticketing rules. We confirm the mechanics with each club before the plan is final.
