Insurance advertising

Insurance is local. So is your hometown team.

Minor league sponsorships put carriers and agents in front of homeowners and families in the communities they serve, all season long.

Why it works

People buy insurance from names they trust, and trust is built by showing up again and again in the places they care about. Season-long video board and LED presence builds familiarity, while community and first responder nights connect your brand to the people customers already respect.

For carriers with agent networks, we can plan a consistent national format that local agents extend in their own markets. Insurance advertising must follow state insurance marketing rules, so creative is reviewed by your compliance team before it runs.

Formats

What you can include

Mix and match. We confirm every item with the club before you sign.

Video board spots

Recurring spots across the season, plus a named feature such as a safe-at-home or pitching-change moment.

LED boards

Season-long rotation on ribbon, fascia or dasher boards, so the carrier or agent name is in view every game.

PA announcements

Reads that pair the brand with the moment, and local agent mentions in each market.

Community nights

First responder, teacher and military recognition nights presented by your brand.

Agent co-op programs

A national template that local agents can add in their own markets.

Hospitality

Group nights or a suite for top agents, policyholders or referral partners.

Every plan is confirmed with the club or venue before you commit. Inventory, rates and dates are subject to team approval and availability.

Illustrative program structure (not a past campaign)

A carrier program with local agent extensions

An example of how a plan could be structured, so you can see the moving parts. It does not describe a past campaign, and every element is subject to club approval.

National layer

One season of video board and LED rotation in each target market, using compliance-approved creative.

Agent layer

Local agents add PA reads that name their office, under the carrier's co-op rules.

Community night

A first responder night in each market, presented by the carrier with local agents on the concourse.

Report

One proof of performance report for the carrier, with a market-by-market view agents can use.

When to plan

Season packages are decided before opening day, and pairing baseball with hockey or G League keeps an agent's name in market all year.

Baseball

Seasons run from early April through September. Season-long packages are usually committed in the fall and winter, and 2027 baseball promotional calendars are being set now.

Hockey

Regular seasons generally run from October to April. Season packages are usually committed before the season starts; theme nights can often be added during the year.

G League basketball

Seasons run from November into April, alongside hockey. Planning before the season gives you the widest choice of nights and placements.

Buyer questions

Frequently asked questions

Can local agents participate in a national program?

Yes. We can build a national format with optional local extensions, subject to the carrier's co-op rules and each club's availability.

What compliance review does insurance creative need?

Insurance advertising is regulated by the states. Your compliance team approves every spot, read and LED message before we submit it to the club, and statements about coverage, savings or pricing should match the products sold in that state.

Is category exclusivity available?

Some clubs already have an insurance partner. We check for conflicts first, and any exclusivity a club offers is written into your proposal.

How do we measure an insurance sponsorship?

Use a market-coded landing page, phone number or quote code, and track agent leads in your systems. The club's proof of performance documents what ran. We do not guarantee attendance or leads.
