Military and workforce
Military appreciation nights and recruitment awareness
Minor league clubs host military appreciation nights, salute-to-service promotions and community programs. These are natural settings for recruitment awareness and veteran-focused organizations.

Why it works
Military appreciation nights bring recognition ceremonies, color guards and salute moments into a family setting, and they give recruiting awareness programs, veteran service organizations and employers a respectful way to be part of the night. Video board PSAs, PA reads and LED messages can run across a series of games, not just one night.
Recruitment and government programs are subject to the sponsoring agency's approvals and procurement rules. Contracts are issued by Sports Media, Inc. (CAGE 10ZJ4, UEI EDVWVHRU5RN9), and invoicing follows the agency's requirements.

Frequently asked questions
Can government agencies contract with AAAA Sports?
Contracts are issued by Sports Media, Inc. (CAGE 10ZJ4, UEI EDVWVHRU5RN9). Procurement terms, approvals and invoicing follow the agency's requirements.
Are recruitment activations allowed at every club?
Not always. Each club and venue sets its own policies, and many require advance approval. We confirm before any plan is final.
Can we use service branch names and insignia?
Service branch names, seals and insignia belong to the services and are used only as the sponsoring agency approves. Team and league marks need the club's written approval.
How is an awareness program measured?
The club's proof of performance documents the spots, reads and activations that ran. Any inquiries are handled through the agency's or employer's own process and systems.
