Kids and family brands

Reach parents where the whole family has fun

Minor league games are built for families. Your brand can reach parents in a positive, shared setting with theme nights, giveaways and sampling.

Why it works

A family outing to the ballpark or arena is a shared, positive experience, and parents decide where the family goes, what it eats and what it buys next. Children's products, education and childcare, family health care, family entertainment and youth sports brands all fit, especially when paired with a family night or a giveaway.

Messaging is directed to parents and caregivers. We do not collect personal information from children, and children's creative is reviewed against the CARU guidelines before it is submitted to the club.

Selling window

When to plan

Family nights and back-to-school promotions are some of the first dates clubs fill, so plan before the promotional schedule is published.

Baseball

Seasons run from early April through September. Season-long packages are usually committed in the fall and winter, and 2027 baseball promotional calendars are being set now.

G League basketball

Seasons run from November into April, alongside hockey. Planning before the season gives you the widest choice of nights and placements.

Hockey

Regular seasons generally run from October to April. Season packages are usually committed before the season starts; theme nights can often be added during the year.

Buyer questions

Frequently asked questions

How do you handle advertising to children?

Messaging is directed to parents and caregivers. We do not collect personal information from children, and children's creative is reviewed against the CARU guidelines before it is submitted to the club. Lead forms are for adults only.

Can we hand out samples to kids?

Samples are offered to parents and caregivers, who decide what their children receive. Food samples also follow each venue's food-safety and allergen rules.

Is category exclusivity available?

Some clubs already have a partner in categories such as children's health care or education. We check for conflicts first, and any exclusivity a club offers is written into your proposal.

How do we measure a family program?

Use a parent-facing offer code or landing page for each market, count giveaways distributed, and use the club's proof of performance to document what ran. We do not guarantee attendance.

Tell us your markets. We'll build the lineup.
